On the 28th of October, the Southern African Policy and Development Nexus (SAPDN) was invited to the Social Security Review Volume II Launch hosted by the Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC) in partnership with the Department of Social Development (DSD). Two of our members, our COO, Ms Minenhle Matela and Senior Research Associate Dr Chance Chagunda honoured the invitation and had robust discussions with various stakeholders in the sector. They also had the pleasure of engaging with Deputy Minister Mr Ganief Hendriecks, Acting Director General Mr Peter Netshipale and Deputy Director General Ms Brenda Sibeko.
