Seminar and Lectures in RheinMain University of Applied Sciences in Wiesbaden, Germany

The Director of SAPDN, Professor Ndangwa Noyoo, presented a seminar and lectures at RheinMain University of Applied Sciences in Wiesbaden, Germany between 22-27 April 2024. The seminar focused on Approaches of Post-Colonial and Indigenous Social Work as part of Global Social Work. The lectures were for a first-year Master’s cohort. Prof Noyoo’s course was on International Social Work and Global Dimensions of Development. This undertaking formed part of preparatory work that will culminate in a Summer School that will be hosted by SAPDN in Cape Town South Africa in December 2024. The Summer School will be held by SAPDN on behalf of RheinMain University of Applied Sciences. Rheinmain University of Applied Sciences and SAPDN have a partnership agreement that focuses on research, staff and student exchanges, teaching and other scholarly activities.
